First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. The loo seat arrived on time and has been wrapped as a Christmas present !. As the contents wont be properly checked till Christmas Day I hope that in the unlikely event there is a problem, therell be no problem with your terms and conditions, which I confess to not having read properly.

Still waiting for my item, wrong item delivered and now told correct item not in stock. This is contrary to the stock enquiry information I was given when I placed my order. This is now holding up my builder and I will now possibly be charged for the delay in his time.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business!
