Order received. It took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed by E mail as to when I would receive my order.
Many thanks.

Thank you for a very easy transaction. The item was received very quickly and was fitted on my shower in no time at all. Would definately use you again.

review - product is excellent.
Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!

Although there was a delay in receiving the product as it was not in stock i was regularly updated on the position and could not have asked for better service.

The order arrived satisfactorily, thank you. However the length of time between order despatch arrival was very long and I am unlikely to use MyTub again for that reason.
