Excellent service, good communication, quickly located a part that everyone else said was obsolete.

Dear MyTub
Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.
Many thanks.

Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with.

Superb service - site is easy to use, emails are informative, and my part arrived in just a few days - massively recommended, especially if - like us - you arent experts in the world of plumbing!

Staff very helpful .Searched around and found what I required
Delivery was prompt and items were what I needed.
Price was excellent compared with some other sources--Parts Centre for example whose prices are outrageous
