fantastic service - my shower supplier plumbcenter said the item was unavailable yet my tub found the item made by plumbcentre..! and sent it to my local plumbcenter branch - jeanette from my tub was very helpful and i would use them again

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath.

I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.
