Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone.

I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Each communication has been responded to quickly and efficiently. Peter.

Top marks for customer support. New bath arrived with a couple of scuff marks on it. Contacted MyTub - staff were very helpful and the marked tub was picked up later that same day. New tub arrived in perfect condition a few days later. Nice bath and excellent service. Thanks.
