We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition.

The boiler arrived promptly.
The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered.
