I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day.

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

I ordered the D-shaped shower rail from Mytub, and have to say I'm really pleased with the quality of the shower rail - and it looks great over our shower bath!
