The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good.
