I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Hi my tub. Goods in good condition , fairly easy to find on the Web site, only complaint is the delivery time scale. Waited over 2-3 weeks for delivery of radiator covers.

The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!

Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
