I am quite new to mail ordering.Any concerns I had about this method of shopping were put away from the intial phone call and subsequent use of the web site. 10 out of 10 in all areas.Thank you

Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company.
