Fantasic company. Really helpful by phone and email. Order dispatched within 2 days as promised. A pleasure to deal with which is so rare these days. Would recommend.

Thank you so much. My order was really small but you'd never know that from the service I received. The sales staff really put themselves out to help. Absolutely faultless from start to finish.

1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.
