We had looked everywhere for this matching tap! and then found it easily on your web site.
Have found the customer service excellent. A big thank you to Christine.

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

Great service, part received as expected, very favourable price comparing to other im not trade suppliers. The website is very clear, simple and fast... which is fantastic to see these days.
Many thanks

Fantastic service. Ordered Monday am and delivered Wed am. Matched competitors price as well. Would recommend my tub 100%.

The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent.

It's a good no-nonsense steel bath - we have two of them now. Your service was excellent and the delivery man very helpful - he even gave me time to check the bath for damage before he left. Thanks.
