Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.

Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.
