I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.

Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! Why was this when they clearly had the item in the depot and we

Very satisfied, but i have to say was slow. Other places deliver withiin a few days, but thank you all the same, you were cheaper than other places, so all in all, was worth waiting a few more days for.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again.
