Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.

Many thanks for great service. Other suppliers quoted 5 to 7 days delivery for the gas valve, MyTub had the part delivery in 24 hours. Christine was an absolute star in facilitating the parts supply. So glad I found you on-line ...Paul
