Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good.

What more could I ask!
If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback

It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. MyTub was very good at providing one of the parts I needed and the whole procedure was straight forward with a user friendly ordering system, good company customer contact procedures and good delivery service.
