Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.

I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. You had the 29 year old Thermostat x 3 that I needed for my old radiators. The price was fine. After a bad start with TNT delivering very inflexible and failed to deliver as requested, an alternative company to deliver was then slotted in very quickly and delivered with no issues. Product fitted no problems and works a treat. Email function on website very useful. I will use MyTub again for sure!!

Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you.
