I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.

It is very unfortunate that some manufactures do not keep stocks of all there goods and lead times are long, this is something we have put to them on many occasions. Thank fully these are rare occurrences.

Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part.
