Only Feedback - Delivery time slots would be better so the customer does not have to be home from 8-4 pm.
|I had a complaint about the original delivery but this was dealt with efficiently. I particularly liked the way you kept me informed by email on progress and delivery dates. The best service department communication I have ever had.
