Excellent communication from pre-order enquiries to after sales when one item arrived damaged. Item was quickly replaced and supplier chased when delivery not on the date specified. Thank you for a friendly, professional and responsive service....

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. Very satisfied, but i have to say was slow. Other places deliver withiin a few days, but thank you all the same, you were cheaper than other places, so all in all, was worth waiting a few more days for....

Service was impeccable - could not ask for a better service.
The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.
Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.
Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!
Regards...
