There were technical problems with my order which mytub shoiwed considerable persistence in sorting out for me. 10/10 for communications.

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.

Excellent service/price, kept us informed of progress of order, goods received 7.10am on the given date. Would certainly consider using the company again when the need arises.

The item was slightly smaller then the original which is discontinued. Otherwise an excellent delivery service and am satisfied with the new item.

The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.

I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.

As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed around the seat but is borne entirely by the hinges themselves and the very front edge of the seat. I expect that it will last a year or two and will then break again. This is not your fault but is a result of poor design by Twford. Quite disappointing for what is an expensive product.

Please feed back the design problems and failure to supply spares separate to the new product to Twyford.

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.

It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.

But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.



I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.

Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

The shower head took quite a while to arrive but it is a fantastic shower head and I would highly recommend it. Just make sure you have a good amount of pressure for it.
