Arrived a week later than original delivery estimate, however regular communciation throughout explained reason for delay and updated delivery estimates. Overall an excellent service received.

Helpful website made it easy to locate correct replacement part. Picture of part made it even easier. Delivery of part was next day even though order was after 1.00pm. 10 out of 10 for accuracey and speed of service. Will definately use again.

Great prices inc free delivery with excellent customer service.
Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again.

When I couldnt find exactly what I wanted on the site, I contacted your staff by phone, who were extremely helpful and pleasant. They arranged for the parts I needed and put a special item on the site so that I could purchase what i needed.

I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.

To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.

To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.

When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.

It is an unfortunate fact that no company in the UK today stocks every item they sell, we offer over 170,000 lines all at trade prices and sometimes less. Over 90% of the goods we sell are not available to buy in the likes of B&Q and some are not stocked with any companies at all due to their rare obscure nature. Sometimes there is a wait for items, just like you might wait 8 weeks for a sofa to be delivered.

Sorry for your experience, we certainly do not go out our way to offended people, we offer an opportunity to buy goods at competitive prices not available on the high street.

All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.

Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged you. We are sorry we could not help out on this occasion.
