The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.

I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.

I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .

Your initial estimate for delivery was a little optimistic 5 days not 2 to 3.
Overall quite happy.

I was very happy with my purchase, even though it took bit longer to deliver than originally stated. It was good to be kept updated with this information.
I would use MyTub again.

Delivery a day earlier than estimated but cost was ridiculous as it was a special order. I will not do that again.

Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.
