Very good communication, I was updated on the progress of my order regularly. Good prices, best I found on the web. Just Very Good. Thankyou.

I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer.

Very happy with my purchase. Quick & easy search for products, simple ordering process, great value for money & prompt delivery - A Great all- round Service, Many thanks.

Order received now. All good, but cant believe how long it took to arrive. Customer service was excellent though.

i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Everything was great, excellent prices, delivery was when i was told, no problems at all, will buy from company again.

Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging. In this instance the sink wasnt damaged but it would be very easy for a sink like this to be damaged in transit without any protective packaging.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and are looking into why this occurred. As we do not use couriers to deliver pottery the delivery team who are used to delivering sanitary ware are simply picking off the shelf, putting on the van then dropping off at your door. The manufactures also do not use any protective packing. Should it arrive for what ever reason not in 100% condition we would replace it immediately.

Although my order was only for a water filter cartridge, I was very pleased with the price, and the item arrived on the date indicated at the time the original order was accepted.
I would use this supplier again.

Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.

Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.

Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time

Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.

Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush
As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes
In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other
Brush.

Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems.

Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you.
