The company that made the delivery had oddly removed all packaging, but the bath seems to have survived the experience.

Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.
