I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Dear Sir or Madam
My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit "
I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !!
It will be hard for me to deal with your company again Im sorry to say but I wish you all the best for the future..

Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.
So I have no complaints and would certainly use more often...

Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous....
