Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued.

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.
