Many thanks for your help dealing with this order. We had some difficulties and had to refund hinges and order a new seat but the help from your team was fantastic. Would happily recommend myTub to anyone.

Contacted MyTub after previous fruitless web search for this particular control knob item. Excellent customerservice, email notification trail and on-time delivery. Would definitely use this website for future requirements. Well done and will be recommending to others. BF

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Excellent service and customer care - well done!

Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class, although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.
Yes I will have no problem dealing with my tub again and would recommend the company to any person that I know
Cheers D.H.
