I normally dont make the time to write reviews when I get good service but this time I couldnt excuse myself as these guys were EXCEPTIONAL!
The goods I ordered off the very clean on-line ordering process were unfortunately no longer available and the communication of that fact was both timely and professional. Not only that, the Team at My Tub tried to present some alternatives to consider which at first didnt meet my expectations.
They went away and researched some more for me, and presented an alternative which I then went for and they were duly ordered with an expectation of 6-8 week delivery given they were a special item.
I got an email and a telephone message 3 days ago saying they were now ready for dispatch and would be sent the very next day. They turned up as promised...

DELIVERY PROMPT AS EXPECTED BUT I AM WONDERING WHETHER DRIVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, I HEARD THE VAN DRIVE OFF BUT DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THE VAN FOR ME, NEIGHBOUR BROUGHT PARCEL ROUND IN EVENING; I DID SAY IT WAS ULIKELY I WOULD BE IN AND IF NO REPLY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR WHICH HE DID SO THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED...................

i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
