The customer service was excellent, even though I had to request exchanging the product. The staff I dealt with couldnt have been more helpful and pleasant.Special thanks to Christine who really put herself out to help me.

Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers.
