spent over 4 hours on tinternet trying to find an obsolete boiler part and "MY TUB" came up with the goods at a reasonable price and kept me informed throughout regarding the order process

I am delighted to have found mytub. Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation

Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous.

Not delivered on time, as for some reason item left off van.
However, customer services dealt with it quickly and efficiently, calling me back to keep me updated. Item was then delivered the next day.
