Very impressed with the service I have received from My Tub. Order arrived very quickly and staff were very helpful when I had cause to ring to query an issue setting up my account.

Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.

Yes I have received my order. The delivery Guy called me before he delivered.
Thank you so much for all your help, I was stuck and I did not know where to find it.
Once again thank you so so so much.

I picked up my goods from Plumb&Parts at Unit 29 & 30 Anniesland Village Business Park Glasgow G13 1AY as directed. This was all very efficient thank you but unfortunately the coal matrix was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. I am awaiting this part. The service so far has been very satisfactory and the part should arrive within the next day or so.
Many thanks
