The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
