i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed . ------------- ------------- ------------ Hello Mr Adamson I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty. The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded. Not sure how long a replacement will take. All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful....
