Very helpful and efficient. Traced a replacement Bristan soap dispenser and arranged for courier delivery. Prompt service and to be recommended.

Basin arrived safely and on time. I appreciated being given a timescale for delivery when I ordered and updates to confirm despatch and delivery date.
Your price was the best I could find on the internet and service was excellent.
I would use your site again. thankyou.

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future.

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.
