good experience all round. Helpful when enquiring re suitability of item I needed to purchase. Prompt response. Accurate also. Sink came very promptly and as advised by my tub. very impressed.

Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks!

Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.

Item arrived promptly, is just as described. An excellent service all round. I particularly like the fact that you ask for feedback. So many companies are not interested once they have sent the goods.
