Jeanette and Christine have been unbelievably helpful tracking down a sink and waste unit for me. It's wonderful to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone.
Very many thanks

Ordered one day, delivered the next working day. Exactly as described as no picture of item available, fits perfectly and superb, courteous service from all staff involved. I put this down to good old Northern common sense. Well done My Tub and thank you.

Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.
