Brilliant communication throughout. We got a message after ordering and paying that the item was no longer stocked but that they had sourced it from the manufacturer and would be able to fulfil the order. We then were updated re dispatch and delivery. First class!

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Thanks and regards.

Having tried various plumbing merchants for N12 6 [6mm od] copper elbows with no luck I tried My Tub who had them in stock. The sales person was extremely helpful and the parts were delivered quicker than was specified. All in all a great experience with My Tub. Highly recommended.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

I have received great service from several people of this compnay, all patient clear and very very helpful, as I am a women have no knowledge in unvented cylinders things were explained to me clearly without being annoyd by the number of times I had to call or email, and for that reason I purchased my cylinder from them because I know I can get a good service

My order for the "difficult to source" AirCon filter spares that I needed was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered before the date advised by MyTub.
I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub.
