The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.

Very good choice of products, at competitive prices, and a relatively easy-to-use website. It would be helpful if stock availability, and lead-times, were displayed in real time for all products on the website, rather than having to make an availability inquiry.

Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
What looked like a good value product has caused me to phone my customer three times to explain the delay and call your supplied three times so far at peak rate to find out what is ha
