A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. It is disappointing that you refuse to post small items when I was happy to pay internation postage with signature / insurance. The cost of sending 3 small items that would basically fit into an envelope is extremely high and to insist on courier service is disappointing.

Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative
