I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although

Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company.

Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was
