Not very impressed. I ordered a white REGAL slim Line S374001 6L Side Supply, and you have sent me a black Conceala S6216.
Not much use to me, so I will be in contact with you tomorrow to get the order right.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Kept me very well informed on the progress of my order.
Original order was not delivered as MyTub advised me the item they were going to supply was in a damaged condition.
They handled everything in a very professional manner.
Would not hesitate in recommending MYTub to friends, family etc.

Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged
