Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good.

Thanks MyTub. I struggled to find the parts available at MyTub anywhere else. I ordered them through the website and although the postage was expensive for such small parts, they arrived promptly and are just what I needed.
