Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Had great difficulty sourcing a small waste drainage joint needed to complete a refurb bathroom and My Tub had one and organised a UPS delivery which came 2 days later so job could be finished. For such a cheap part cost I was most grateful that My Tub were prepared to supply this part to me. Thank you for your service, it was much appreciated.

Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was
