It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering.After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
Still pleased with My Tub and will order again in future.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.

Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections.

Very impressed. First time Ive used My Tub but no complaints. Have been kept up to date with the delivery date and, although later than originally expected, arrived as per advised and in perfect condition.
