Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings.

Needed two deliveries to complete the order, but other than that this was a good service.

Thank you for excellent service.
Ive received shipment in time
the only big MINUS was the excessive shipment costs for an EU-customer, which trippled the product price.

Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others.

This is the 2nd time I have used your company and on both occasions the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective customers.
