The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages

However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.

The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.
