I was pleased with the product (it worked) and level of communication later into the buying process but was left disappointed with the sales tactics.
I had chosen MyTub because when I called you gave me a lead time which was shorter than my plumber had stated. We were without a shower and wanted it working as soon as possible. Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.
True customer service.
Thanks, I will be back.
