The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. You saved my day I could get rid yellow bath panel,no funds to replace the shower bath. Fast delivery no problem at all .i thank you all at Mytub. You are very helpful.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Responded and contacted quickly. They sorted out a basin that was no longer produced but they still managed to locate one 4 miles down the road. Cant fault them. Great service. Thanks
