Nice product, cracking price. Only slight complaint is that it took nearly a week to be given a delivery date. Would recommend though.

Thanks for your prompt customer service replies and for reorganising delivery to a different address at short notice. The part arrived promptly the next day.

Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

Without this company we would have to have bought a new boiler. They were the only people to stock the part on an old but very usable boiler. Excellent communication and service. Would highly recommend them

Very pleased with the toilet seat and the price. Delivery was a bit slow 8 days from order but then I wasnt in a particular rush and communications from the PlumbCenter were good.

Thanks for your help with this
The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement
I found your add on line
Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted
Excellent service
Thanks
