Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Cant recommend this company highly enough .I brought an ideal standard toilet,40% cheaper than I had found anywhere else .It was delivered within 48 hours and there was excellent communication and information from both Mytub and its couriers.I would most Definately use this company again.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.
